Pololū Valley Trail (ʻAwini Trail)
Short, steep switchbacks to a wild black-sand valley floor.
<p>About 0.6 miles each way from the lookout down to the beach — rocky, often muddy, and busy at midday. The valley floor rewards with ironwood groves and dramatic surf (swimming is dangerous). Respect posted signs; the valley beyond is private land.</p>
